I just decided to launch this brand new blog. No idea why since my writing in English is very poor. However, I believe in evolution and the way my creations are evolving. I want to look back and see how was my work and evaluate improvements and mistakes, and most important, how my work has evolute.

By now, I am very proud I have very satisfied and happy customers. My Butter Cake is good and moist. My Lemon Chiffon is also good. This are mi first steps in Cake making and decorating.

Long way to go but I think it should be interesting trip. Here are my first creations.

The Dinosaur Cake, made for a friend and customer. A Butter cake with Ganache and chocolate butter cream filling finished in Vanilla fondant. The Dinosaur was made in Rice Crispy Treats and covered in Fondant.

Rogers Cake: A Vanilla Butter cake with Chocolate Ganache and fresh Strawberries filling with Chocolate Butter Cream. Topped with Chocolate covered Strawberries.

Baby Eve Shower Cake.

A Lemon Chiffon cake filled with Lemon Curd and finished with Lemon Butter Cream and Fondant.
